WINTER SKI ROAD TRIP!
Earned my turns! Drove over 2,500+ Miles from LA to UTAH to WYOMING at Alta, Snowbird, Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee! Was a long journey driving through storm after storm with poor windshield wipers and no wiper fluid, sleeping cold nights in my car, eating half frozen foods and dodging moose and other big game on the road. But in the end, some of the best skiing ever. The "Ghee" was the last and best stop on this trip!

Great local coffee shop and best coffee in West LA. Enjoyed a nice smooth cup of Ethiopian coffee. Take a few extra minutes to drink your coffee at the bar (don't take it to go), type a poem on the community typewriter and enjoy the whole experience. UNIQUE LA and OBON FESTIVAL
Eventful day! Visited Unique LA and the WLBAT Obon Festival in West LA. So many talented local artisan entrepreneurs at Unique LA. Very inspiring to see so many creative works. Picked up an awesome photo of NORMS, a classic West LA institution.
Great community atmosphere at Obon Festival and enjoyed the traditional drumming ceremony. Great bonsai collection. This one spoke to me.
